ThunderPick Account Verification
ThunderPick asks for KYC verification before a first withdrawal and in some cases after a large deposit, a change in personal details, or a payment review. The check confirms the account holder’s identity, address, and payment method. The casino uses the documents to match the name on the account with the name on the wallet, bank card, or bank account.
- Identity (ID/Passport): A clear photo or scan of a passport, national ID card, or driving licence. ThunderPick checks the full name, date of birth, issue date, and expiry date.
- Address proof: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last 3 months. The document must show the full name and residential address exactly as entered on the account.
- Payment method: A copy of the card used for deposits, with the first 6 and last 4 digits visible and the middle digits covered, or a screenshot of an e-wallet or bank account if that method was used. ThunderPick may also ask for a selfie with the card or a short card ownership check.
Most verifications finish within 24 hours. If the documents are unclear, expired, cropped, or do not match the account details, the review takes longer and the withdrawal stays pending until the file is approved.
